Sorry for duplicating some of the trucks and possibly pictures, but here are the previous 5 units that Brentwood has run.

Brentwood MO

The above Mack was placed in reserve status when Brentwood purchased this Mack.

I believe this unit was sold to St. Clair FPD in 1994, unknown if they still have it.

In 1987 Brentwood purchased a new engine. The 1960's Mack was sold to Suntrup Ford in Kirkwood, MO. The 1970's Mack became reserve 412.

The first new engine I saw for Brentwood was purchased in 1994. The Pierce Arrow above became reserve engine 412 when this unit was placed in serivce. This is the first black/red unit in St. Louis Metro. Many other departments soon followed after.

The 1994 Pierce Arrow is currently assigned as Reserve Engine 412. They currently run with this. If Brentwood sticks with their replacement plan, they can expect a new engine around 2010.

Hey everyone, just wondering who all will be attending this years Rallye in St. Louis?

St. Louis Metro - ilfirebuff - 07-26-2008

I will be their.

St. Louis Metro - ben_mazanec - 07-31-2008

I hear the rally is gonna be great this year and I will be there! Here is my story for today! I had to go down to the muny and exchange tickets for my g/f and her mom from last night. From there I ended up going out to Lindell Blvd. and making a left onto Kingshighway. Then from there i went over to Enright and to my suprise Pumper 28 was out on the apron, flashing its new leds! After I snapped a few shots and waved at the Captain and driver, and headed to my original destination of 2600 Whittier ave. to check out a fire the 10's had last night. It was a 1 1/2 story frame vacant and of course it was fully involved upon arrival... I went past and snapped a quick shot and continued on towards home. I ended up going down Evans Ave. and seeing Pumper 17 running Pierce 117 on an assist up call. That pic didn't turn out too well. I ended up downtown seeing if there was any action down at the shops. To my surprise I found H&L 6 running Airport H&L 40 as a reserve and they were out on the apron, lights flashing and testing the aerial.

My last Stop was the 11's house to see what Haz-mat 1 was doing down there. They were drilling apparently. Also to my surprise, The fireboat "Jack Buck" was out back on the "Patio". Now that i have bored you all to death I have quite a few shots from today so enjoy! I am going to post these first ones almost identical but look at the new lights!

Here is the shot of the fire at 2600 Whittier ave. only a block from Pumper 10's quarters, just straight out the door and left a little.

Here is one of my Favorite rigs the STLFD owns. 1988 Spartan Monarch/1989 LTI 110' RM Quint 1250 GPM/200 Gal. Booster/20 Gal. Foam. This one in Lime!

St. Louis Metro - ben_mazanec - 07-31-2008

This rig is being borrowed from the Airport for H&L 6 because they totaled Reserve H&L 104 (Identical to this one) when the rig rolled into a glass bus stop while the crew went in to lee's chicken or church's i dunno. But , i dont think we will be seing that rig again....
