Im guessing an A frame Crane on the front. They would allow a lift without the suspension squatting.

If thats the one that was at the Naval Academy its since been sent to NSA Bethesda (Naval Hospital) Co. 50, last i checked it was still there.

Trenton Psychiatric Hospital of Mercer County New Jersey was running this GMC/Grumman Engine when this photo was taken back in the early 2000s.
