It looks like one of the ten 1974 Mack MB/Howes that were later rebuilt by E\-One.

The Ahrens Fox looks like the 5-11 clubs Fox backing into Engine 22's back in the 70's. Joe

Any word on the new ladder bid???

Any word on the new ladder bid???

It has been confirmed. E\-One got the bid for 36 Cyclone II 100' ladders over the next 6 years. 6 are being built now.

Tower 5 was not totaled. They purchased it off the floor at FDIC. It had to go back to the plant and get the pumpa nd tank removed. Tower 5 runs out of Eng.23's house and is a very busy fire company. Eng.92 and Eng.23 were both demos that 3-D built. They were purchased as the spare fleet was in bad shape. Eng.92 is a some what slow company on the far SW side of the city.

Any word on Chicago's new Lake Assault boat (new small boat)? When is it being delivered and where will it be docked. How about the new Large Boat (Engine 58). When will construction start?

I believe that this 1972 Dodge was Fog Pressure 2 (despite the number 2A being on the side of the rig).
