It was x-Allegheny, NY and possibly x-Olean, NY. American LaFrance Apparatus - GA_Dave - 12-22-2007 Last for tonight is this collector-owned ALF 750 GPM, taken at the Atlanta Muster several years ago. American LaFrance Apparatus - GA_Dave - 12-22-2007 A couple more to add tonight..... x-Engine 2, La Grange, GA ALF Pioneer I 1000/500 American LaFrance Apparatus - GA_Dave - 12-22-2007 At one time, the Post VFD of Fort Oglethorpe, GA operated from 11 stations in both Catoosa and Walker Counties and even covered portions of Tennessee. In the late 1980's, they purchased a large group of refurbished apparatus from Panama Fire Apparatus (Panama City, FL). Engine 5 was assigned this ALF Pioneer III 1250/550. Several years later, around 1998, the Walker County FD was formed, reducing the Post VFD to three stations. It's unknown where this rig originally came from or where it ended up.
