Mark Carr photo Mark Carr Photos - Mark V. Carr - 09-10-2013 Ft. Carr - 09-10-2013 I also managed to shoot several helicopters contracted to the Alaska Forestry Service. Evergreen was the only one that actually resembled a fire service helicopter. I also shot a ton of firefighting planes but don't want to bore you non-aviation lovers in the bunch with them. So, first up for Evergreen is this MedEvac unit at Fort Wainwright Army Base. It's a Bell 412, tail #N414EV. Mark Carr photo Mark Carr Photos - Mark V. Carr - 09-10-2013 Evergreen had two of these Bell 212 helicopters at the Alaska Forest Service office in Fairbanks. This one is a 1975 model, tail #N59633. Mark Carr photo |
