When new this was called USAR-1... not sure if it was staffed or just kept at the Klinger Center (HQ) it is just up the hill from LACoFD Station 1. <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/shrug.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Shrug' />

In the original 2 hr pilot movie, it was used as Station 10 and all the apparatus was numbered for station 10 apparatus. In later episodes where footage was used from the movie as flashbacks, John Gage always talked about being assigned to Station 8, yet you could see the apparatus numberd for Station 10.

It had been kept and manned out of Pacoima it's now Reseerve USAR 5103.
