It is a 125th Anniversary Seagrave (the fancy gold Seagrave wording on the front grill designates this). It has a 1250 gpm two-stage Waterous pump and a 500 gallon tank. DCFD's E-7 has the geographical nickname 'Waterside' due to it being first due to the Anacostia waterfront. This engine is also first due to the new baseball stadium being built for the Washington Nationals. Is the hole in the grille for a Roto-Ray to be added or something else?[/quote] DCFD Specs include the Mount and wiring for a Roto-Ray to be installed. The cost of the actual Roto-Ray is an expense for the station. DCFD considers this as an optional warning light. The reason is that it could be moved from piece to piece by the shops as needed. |
