This homely looking rig, Foam Tanker 45, is a 1993 Chevrolet Kodiak 150/1500 foam tanker.  For some reason, everytime we've seen this truck, the tank has only been half full.

I was unaware of Pierce making a rear mount 95' platform, did you mean 85' or did they take a 100' and "de-rate" it to 95'?  Maybe for increased load rating if so?  Thank you
