Fantastic shot. I've always liked that engine. The shot I got a couple years ago didn't turn out that well. Too many clouds. lol.

Below is Miramar's new E70 at Hall-Mark Ocala. One of two identical Typhoons, her sister is assigned to E19.

Sweet pic!! I love all these new E-ONEs...now for Davie's tower!! <hint hint> <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' />

Engine 70 had a '07 Pierce Lance pumper, and Engine 19 a slightly older Pierce Lance, before these new apparatus. Any idea where they went?

Thanks in advance.

Larry,

Correct, currently E70 is in that '07 Lance, with the new engine coming, that Lance will be reassigned to E100. The older Lance that E19 was in, has been out of service, they've been running in a reserve E\-One Hush for months.

I like E\-One apparatus, especially over Pierce, but in this case I think Miramar Engine 100 came out ahead on that deal...ha. From what I understand the new rigs are "less" in the area of bells and whistles than traditional Miramar rigs.

Thanks for the information.

I agree 100%, I guess we can blame the economy for that. =(

Other than the Titan for the Airport, anyone heard any rumors about new rigs for North Florida, like a certain capital city? As always, nice work Alex.
