Crusin' Carolina - Andrew2340 - 10-13-2008 So THAT'S where this truck went to!!!! I wondered which FD in Union County got this. This truck formerly served Leicester, NC as "Squad 18" at their Sandy Mush Substation. It last served as "Brush 18-2", and was replaced a few years ago with a Ford F-550/Anchor Richey EVS brush truck. One of their captains told me last year that it was sold to a department in Union, SC. I'll definitely have to go visit this FD sometime! Also, that tanker is a Ford "N" model, nice find!! I've only managed to shoot one Ford N over at Reynolds FD in Asheville, NC. I wish I'd known about that apparatus display, that would have been worth the drive! I need to pay more attention. Also I got the year wrong the Kelly kelton American LaFrance. it is a 1962. I was posting from work, and trying to "remember" and didnt have my notes with me. <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> Daggone oldtimers !
