E221 is old E21. E11 was sold to Tri-County VFD in Waller. I believe it was sold to them in 2003 or 04.
The chief has talked about a new walk-in rescue to replace the current one. Probably on an Arrow XT.

Its Champions FD turn. Champions is another VFD north of Houston. Its a single station department with 2 engines, a tower, rescue, booster.
First is E11 1997 Pierce Saber 1500/750
