old forge pa lackawanna county ran this ward lafrance engine i believe was a 1968,note the beacon below roof level to clear door!!

they did have it repainted and new warning lights added after station modifications with higher door. this was last seen in service with hobbie pa luzerne county fire.unknown where it is today

plymouth borough pa luzerne county goodwill #2 and elm hill # 3 both ran twin 1968 american lafrance pioneers 1000gpm 500gwt, #2 had refurb work done including lighting,tank,paint,cross lays before selling it to pine creek independent of clinton county pa.ironically the engine found its way back into a members hands after pine creek sold it,it sits in its original bay it sat when new ,#3's al;f is in lycoming county pa area(hugh mcgeehan photo)

Great Pics Tom, great memories there, was a member of Lawrence Hose in th3 80's and early 90's. Any clue what happened to the 68 Ward and did Hobbie ever re-power when they ran it?

no still had the gasoline motor in it ,where ever it ended up

Does anyone out there have a photo of West Mifflin PA's 1975 ALF Century 85'

MM Ladder? It was bought used from Foxboro, MA in 1996 and then sold to

Rouses Point, NY around 2000. West Mifflin repainted her to the current

paint scheme and also removed the booster pump. Thanks in advance!
