I have no other details about the rigs or the smouldering ruins behind them.

Unknown original photographer, from John Floyd collection[/quote]

What a great shot! I recognize the A-F's and the WLF, but what are the other two rigs? They sort of look like Macks, but I can't tell.

That is a really great shot. Hoboken did have a 1928 ALF Type 112 pumper, ALF #6251, which might be one of the three (one can barely be seen, second from left) unidentified rigs.

The two rigs are Ahrens-Fox Hose Wagons (A-F model V), part of two piece Engine Companies then in service with the HFD. <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/3_12_21.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='3_12_21' /> <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/Captain.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Captain' /> <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/stirpot.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Stirpot' />

Thanks for the info--now I see the similarities in the fenders. Thanks

I have slides of all the rigs in the photo, except the maxim. I will post them in a couple of days.

It's there. Was driving through the town on Route 518 one morning (one of like 6 streets in the town) and the two rigs on the apron literally caused a traffic jam. People slowing down to get a look at the shiny engines haha.
