Station 21 is out of service, probably never to return. All of thier territory was assigned to other departments, mostly Littlestown. Of the 3 pieces they own, the special unit sits outside of the station stripped. The 2 pumper tankers sit outside to the rear of the station about 1/4 away and the station stands empty. (The tanker above never fit in the station since day one.) It appears the only thing they do is haul water for mud bogs held on the department owned property.

Yes, Midway is 3 blocks from the York County/ City of Hanover line. They still do non emergency ambo transports and I understand they have a FEMA contract for disaster responses for the ambos.

If I had to bet, It was built and delivered in 1993, but was probably a 1994 Model year. Just a guess.

When did Aspers and Midway close? I snapped a photo of Aspers Station when I was down for the SPAAMFA Winter convetion in Gettysburg in February, and I thought it looked awefully run down, tremendously overgrown with weeds, but the rigs where still inside, except 1 older 1 sitting out back in the weeds.

It can only be in one of two places the McKinley Street Station, or the North Second Street station.
