Did you happen to see AFD's other new ladder? It's a Pierce Velocity 105 stick.

Great shots YeOldeEnjine.

Thank You... No, I can't say that I did see the Velocity. My trip was a 2-day pre-construction meeting with Lutherville, Md. so I didn't have much time to look around in depth....

Thanks again YeOldeEnjine.

I'll get the job numbers when I shot them.

Nice trucks. I thought blue lights were only for police cars.

There is no Federal standard. The use of blue warning lights varies by State.

Another shot showing the wheelbase of these engines. They really like the top-mount pumps, apparently, but I'm suprised an urban department would want the wheelbase that came along with it.

I heared that the foam pumpers will be assigned to Engine 20 & Engine 28.

When Engine 28 get's there new pumper there old pumper will be move and ressigned to Engine 50. Also I was told that Quint 27 will be the Pierce Velocity 105' quint, and there 2003 Pierce Quantum 105' qunt will become a reserve.
