I dont have any information on this truck, and I dont know any of the history. American LaFrance Apparatus - Guest - 10-03-2006 I also found this ALF 700 series tiller in Sierra Vista Az. last summer, sitting at a truck repair shop. The mechanic told me they were getting it running for a private owner. I dont have any other information on it. American LaFrance Apparatus - Guest - 10-03-2006 A partial driver side shot. It was sitting next to a fence. I have a walk around of the truck if anyone needs some reference shots. The pictures are on pages 48 and 49 if anyone else has this book. The caption says that it is a 1948 and at the time of print was being maintained by the Goose Flats Fire Co. in Tombstone. Doesn't explain Why it Has M.F.D. on the cab though.
