The truck in my house is a SOC Support Ladder, and the 2nd piece stays outside. 42 Truck is also a SSL, and they keep their 2nd piece in the house behind the main rig. It seems to be one of hundreds of similar decals I've seen over the years. The FDNY emblem is not entirely correct in shape either. It then became a Spare Haz Mat. Also I think Div 8 has one like it as did the old Engine 160 that was just replaced.
