For the most part do the trucks for the "CPC's" & the "SSL's" get left out side... there is a shot of one covered with snow..

For the most part, Yes. The truck in my house is a SOC Support Ladder, and the 2nd piece stays outside. 42 Truck is also a SSL, and they keep their 2nd piece in the house behind the main rig.

No rescues have been ordered at this time. Specs are being written. Next rescues will most likely be coming from Clintonville, Wi.

They MIGHT have just touched a pole as it came to rest - AFTER THE JACKS from the Tower Ladder HIT THEM!

F.D.N.Y. - Guest - 03-03-2009

Actually, a friend of mine saw two skells throw the pole at the rigs as they came by.

From what I heard is that that Tower Ladder 12 was responding off the prescribed route and collided with sq 18 as they were crossing 7th ave on 10th st to return to the firehouse. (Its just what I heard, im not 100 percent)

Skells throwing poles? <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/hysterical.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Hysterical' />

I don't think it is particular to any one company. It seems to be one of hundreds of similar decals I've seen over the years. The FDNY emblem is not entirely correct in shape either.

Rescue 5's HME had one like this... It then became a Spare Haz Mat. Also I think Div 8 has one like it as did the old Engine 160 that was just replaced.

F.D.N.Y. - Guest - 03-07-2009

Bender...

Go check out Mike's site -

fdnytrucks.com

not sure where to start as Code 3 bounces around. Mostly Manhattan, Bronx and Brooklyn. It could be anywhere in the city.

I am holding out for the June release of the 900 Series ALF Tiller. AND FAJ's book on the same!!!
