Lebanon County Station 4, Company was disbanded years prior. (privately owned) I think it may have been the Rescue Hose Company of Annville.

Independent Fire Company, Lebanon City. Previous home to Engine Company 24 (career driver). Company later switched duties, and became city-wide Rescue. (city pulled career drivers afterwards)

Previous home of Hook & Ladder Fire Company, Lebanon City. Truck 18 was quartered out of this building at one time. The city later closed the building and moved them up the road with the Union & Perseverance Fire Companies. Now privately owned.

Lebanon City Station 1, it was originally intended to house the Perseverance & Union Fire Companies along with First Aid & Safety Patrol Ambulance. As the years went by, Truck 18 moved in. Then EMS moved out, then the Engine & Squad 22 moved in. At this point, I think the station is mostly career staffed with an Engine & Ladder.
