Cherry Valley has two identical IH/Medtecs, Charles 56 and Charles 13. I'm sure they're '05 models, but I'll verify. Two of their full-timers also volunteer with us.

For those keeping score, they should have an new ALF engine coming, but I think the delivery has been pushed back from the original target.

Was this shot at the extrication competition?

Here's Broadview Engine 217 when it was in service there.

Well lets stick with Broadview for a bit. They were a very loyal ALF customer right into the '80's when they began to purchase other mfgs. Here is Engine 215 a 1982 ALF Century Series with a 1500 pump and 750 tank. Serial#CE-26-4303.

I believe this is still their first out engine. Engine 216 is a 1992 Spartan/Saulsbury with a 1500 pump and 750 tank. Serial# 290101

Illinois - photog999 - 07-27-2006

Truck 214 is a 1985 ALF/Grumman 102' Aerial Cat with a 2000 pump and 200 tank. This is definitely a one of a kind rig!

I was a participant in the Midwest Extrication Competition and snapped a photo because I liked the look of it. There are more pics of the comp. in the everything else catagory. I didn't really get a chance to talk to anyone from the Department.

Illinois - photog999 - 07-27-2006

Squad 212 is a 1981 Ford C/Welch. It has since been replaced with an E-1/Saulsbury that I think I have a shot of here somewhere. If anyone has shots of their older ALF's feel free to post them.
