First is Broward County Sheriff Engine E-106. Shot at the "shops" , it is an engine/ambulance. A 2011 Pierce Velocity, 1500/750/0 .. This one of a kind unit was delivered in July 2011 and still is not in service. [/quote] The City of Oviedo Florida, near UCF has a Pierce rig that was also Pt transport capable. it runs as a reserve engine now. It never worked right at all from what i had heard abut it... Dodge Ram Photo By: Anderson Fland ![]() FLORIDA RIGS - countryboy88 - 06-26-2012 Unless I am seeing things on the ambo above it may be a Sterling. They were the same vehicle minus the different front sheet metal. But I could just be seeing some lights on the grille where the Sterling badges would be. There are two horizontal grille bars, whereas the Dodge has one.
