Ohhh... Wait.. I know this one... call on me.. call on me...LOL
That is the Ford C/Hamerly pumper from the Grantville Fire Department in Dauphin County, Pa.... it was replaced by a Pierce Javilin pumper (which has since been replaced as well).

I'm sorry, right FD, wrong apparatus, unless you were talking about the Ford C/Hamerly pumper-tanker in the rear, but that was replaced by the Pierce Lance pumper-tanker. The rig in the lead is a Ford C/Clintonville 1000/1000, Engine 39-1 when I shot it at the last "Chocolatetown" parade back in the 1980's. Look for it in the "Ford C" thread when I get to the Pennsylvania rigs.
