-I believe it has to do with the Companies ( E70/TL53)on City Island being remote from 2nd due apparatus, and the possibility of the drawbridge being open. Also TL-53 has been open/shut before, was set to be closed in this rounds cuts too, that were "averted". They had an All-Hands on the island last nite fyi..............
