The Photographer's Ephemeris (TPE) - Guest - 01-10-2014 The Photographer's Ephemeris is a free program that should be a great help when planning to visit a strange city to shoot stations, apparatus, etc. It will give you a map showing the position of the sun for any date and time at anyplace in the world. The example photo below is at a small town in Japan where I expect to be on April 4. The small yellow line is the sun direction at the point I want to shoot.
