Groton, MA 12/29/2013 Working Fire + - bige1998 - 01-02-2014
Around 2:05 am on 12/29/2013 Groton, MA fire received a telephone call from a passer by saying that the slaughter house at Blood Farm was on fire. When companies arrived they had heavy fire in the smoke house section of the building. Groton was assisted on scene by crews from Townsend, Ayer, Pepperell & Lunenburg.
This was the conditions when I arrived around 2:57 am.

Great set of photos, Eric. I'm glad they saved all that fire until you arrived.
That's quite a group of spectators in #8. My Chief would kill me if I posted a shot like that. LOL

#8 that had just exited the building when it took off on them.
Not bad only in the upper 20's.
