Middle Hope, NY had a 1991 Spartan LTI 75' rearmount that they sold about ten years ago. Could be this one, or could be a coincidence.
EDIT: Nope, just a coincidence. Middle Hope NY had a traditional pump panel.

Myrtle Beach SC had a very similar apparatus. I believe it was a 1990 Spartan Baron with an American Godiva Pump and 75' LTI aerial.
