Pin-in Wreck in Portland 1-26-13 - Guest - 01-26-2013 At 0452 Engine 19 reported a pin-in accident at NE82nd Ave. and Wasco St. that brought E12, T2 and C3 to the scene. C103, the on duty Deputy Chief, also responded. There were car pieces scattered all over the neighborhood. After Truck 2 arrived it took about 30 minutes to extricate the passenger. Capt. Then they used another ram to push up the dashboard on the driver's side. They were still not able to free the victims legs, so they had to use a small ram to get into a small space under the large ram and push the lower part of the dashboard up.
