If anyone recognizes the builder of this rig, don't be shy.  There were no identifying nameplates, stickers, tags or anything else and the driver was clueless as to who built it.

Thanks!  They are currently a Spartan ER dealer, but were an E\-One dealer for many years.  It is possible that they built it in house.  That is definitely NOT an E\-One product.  At least now I have a direction to explore.  I will contact them and get more details.  I appreciate the help!
