I can say 100% that E5 is not running any piece that would ever have been at 30, however- if a vehicle WERE to survive being at 30 it would only go to 5 or 29 <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/stretcher.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='

We don't use On Spots. Real Chains for Real Frie Trucks for Real Firemen

I believe the only vehicle in the DCFD fleet that has onspot chains is Mobile Command Unit 1, and that is only because it was not built to spec.

Yes the chains are still on and they work, but Pin ripped off one of the fog lights the other day.

Thanks T-Bone, Shoop and ResQguy - my typo. Engine 5 indeed has the former Engine 33. Meanwhile, Engine 33 has the former Engine 30’s 2002 Seagrave (S-141) quartered there as a 70-series reserve piece.
