Dearborn Michigan-MVA w/entrapment-Greenfield Rd & Michigan Ave-1/23/22 - edburke - 01-23-2022
A police officer sitting at the intersection of Greenfield Rd and Michigan Ave witnessed a single car MVA. Upon arrival of the first companies the I/C reported that a significant extrication would be necessary and special called additional units to the scene.
The vehicle went through a bus stop, disloged a fire hydrant (pieces can be seen in the last two photos illustrating how far it was thrown) and was finally stopped upon impact into a tree. 2 victims were extricated, one was non-viable on scene and the other was transported with significant traumatic injuries.
