Another Fatal Fire - Portland 12-2-15 - Guest - 12-04-2015

At 10:49 AM on December 2, 2015, Portland Fire & Rescue companies

were dispatched for a roof on fire at 122nd Ave. and Halsey St.

Engine 30 found a house on fire several blocks from that location.

A lady and 3 children got out, but the grandmother was still inside.

Despite being rescued, she was deceased.

Great photos and great job buy the crews. Great example of training and hard work put to use. Sorry for the loss but no question they did all they could do!

If it was where the tree fell on the house it could have been me or Greg.

If it was the Semi that fell on a car, I had my red coat on and Greg had a sweatshirt on.
