MATT LEE REPRINTS 3 APPARATUS BOOKS - GA FIREMAN - 12-19-2014
If you are a SPAAMFAA member, you will already have received a flyer from Matt regarding the reprinting of 3 of his 4 books, if not this may be of interest:
A. Seagrave 125 ANNIVERSARY - 392 Pages & 1,000 Fotos
B. PICTORIAL HISTORY OF THE FIRE ENGINE - 320 pages & 700+ Fotos
C. PICTORIAL HISTORY OF THE FIRE ENGINE - Decade of the 1920's - 4323 Pages & 850+ fotos
The books cost $70 each, including shipping, or $175 for all 3 with free shipping. I purchased all 3 of these books when they were published back in the 90's, and consider them to be in the top 5 or 6 of all the books published dealing with apparatus.
Spoke with Matt earlier today, and the other good news is that Pictorial History of the Fire Engine, Vol 3 is due out this summer. It will be about 500 pages with 1,000 fotos. Can't wait to see this one! Volume 4 covering the 1940's is also progressing well.
