Maybe I missed it, however I cannot find the old thread for Winchester, Virginia apparatus.

Mike, to throw a wrinkle into this rig's history, here is a slide dated 1976 from S. Ryan, perhaps your date is wrong, especially since Independent got a CF Mack in 1977?

WOW, while a truly beautiful truck now, I love it as it was originally. It looks just like the Macks that roamed the streets of Richmond, Virginia when I was a child and developed my love of the fire service and its apparatus. A red Mack equals a real fire truck!!!
