04:42 Portland Fire was Dispatched to a house fire at SE 117th Ave. and Ankeny St.

On arrival Engine 7 reported heavy fire from a carport and car, extending into a 1-story house.

Shortly after arrival, they reported wires down and arcing. All occupants self evacuated.

Engine 7 had to stretch about 100' to hit the hydrant.
