Dare MedFlight - FiveAlarmPhotography - 07-07-2014 Dare County, North Carolina MedFlight (Dare MedFlight) has been around for over 25 years providing aeromedical transport services. Dare MedFlight is one of the few county-owned aeromedical operations in the United States.   Dare MedFlight utilizes a BK117 helicopter.
