Story Request about EMS encounter with a Psych Patient

I know this is weird request, and a long shot, 

But many years ago, someone shared a story on here about an EMS crew that knocked on the door of a young man, who was on the verge of taking his own life. One of the crew members felt the need to step in and talk to the young man that then discovered what was happening. 

I want to say the story took place in Pittsburgh, but could be wrong. 

I saved that story onto a computer, and can no longer find it. 

I shared it with our new hires, and was wanting to try to get my hands back on it as it was a powerful story. 

Any help in tracking this down would be greatly appreciated.
