General Alarm, Framingham, MA, March 1968
#1
Ed's recent post of a fire during a snowstorm brought this one to mind.

Sometime after midnight, Nat Whittemore, TV-4 photographer and I set

out in Nat's car for a fire in Framingham, about 10 miles away. It was

snowing with about 6" already on the ground and about 6" more expected.

We found a 5-story brick building well involved. We heard the fire began

in the cellar of a paint store on the first floor.
