Interesting to see the use of the fly pipe when the ladder looks to have a permanent waterway.

Doesn't appear that the waterway extends beyond the bed section??

Its been a while since I sold rigs, but if you wanted a master stream device on an aerial to rotate above "parallel" with the stick, you had to specify it.  I suspect the pre-piped waterway couldn't get the angle they desired.
