Christmas came early for the Winchester Fire Chief two weeks ago or if you ask my 3 your old grandson it came for him.  With the help of my family and Rocky Keplinger of Keplingers Service we were able to bring the old girl back home to the City of Winchester.  She is in quarters with some old firends from the city.
