Station 33 Open House

What:
The Clark County Fire Department is hosting a community open house on Saturday, August 10 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Back-to-school safety will be a theme of the open house. These events are accessible to those with disabilities. Citizens requiring an accommodation should notify the Department of specific needs at least five days prior to the date of the events by contacting Assistant Fire Chief Sandra Baker at (702) 250-8404.

A few of the guys from Truck 11 and Station 11 are really big in doing the community support. One is the Captain of B Shift who always welcomes anyone into the station.

 

 

This picture is of the Captain from Truck 11 with Chief Washington, the Chief of Department, i met him a while back really nice guy. He is here at the open house after working a 24 hour shift the night before.

 



 



 

Another firefighter from Truck is this guy and he also worked the day before this event and came in on his own time to participate in the Open House. He has also invited me down to spend time at Station 11 take a tour and take some pictures and even share a meal with them.

 



 



 

I plan on going down tom after lunch and spending some time with them and getting some new pictures of the new Engine 11 which is a 2012 Pierce Quantuam.
