Uploading with Windows 8.1 Troubles

Been having troubles with uploading pics with my usual method of copying & pasting the link from my photobucket account into the reply box here on the site.  Trouble is that I am unable to paste the link.  I am been able to work around this by uploading straight from my cpu library, but that doesn't help in keeping the bandwidth down for Ed.

 

  Also, when I try to reply to a certain post, that post is not being quoted in my reply like before.

 

Any suggestions would be helpful.

I just did an upgrade to the software, let me know if it helps.

Negative Ed,  The only way I can type in the reply boxes is to click on the arrow to hide the options.  Still have to upload straight from my machine and not through Photobucket.  And unable to click on the "Quote" tab and have that post included in my reply.  IE, my reply to Image7801 on the Firehouses of Calif. thread.

 

Have had my machine looked over by the tech gurus from hp. Everything looked good.

 

Thoughts?

IP Board 4.0 is in beta, perhaps they started early with the "no longer supported" I'll look into it further
