Can someone please list the best way to downsize photos to 200KB? Been wanting to post back on the site for awhile but still unable to load photos. I've tried resizing thru Adobe Elements 10, smugmug, and an online resizer that shows the photos at 179-184 KB and still unable to. Not sure if its encouraged to link thru sites now and will look into that option if need be. Thanks for your help!

I use Microsoft office picture manager. It was free with my computer.
