ISO Used 3/4 Boots

I'm looking for a pair of used/retired firefighter's boots - 3/4 preferred in men's size 9 medium or 9.5 medium.  Steel-toed a must, steel-shank preferred. Must still be waterproof and have no leaks/potential leaks. Looking for a good deal (my budget is very tight) but still understand that these boots when they were purchased new are NOT cheap. 


I was on a response with my canteen and watched as our driver waded through water to bring supplies to a few FFs who couldn't readily make it to the canteen. The water was ALMOST to the top of his fire boots...thus, I'd prefer 3/4 boots to prevent swamping my feet with whatever nastiness is floating in the runoff water.
