Mount Holly, NC Need HELP!

Guys

 

A friend of mine has recently became the chief of Mt. Holly Fire, in NC.  He is trying to find out some information on some of the older apparatus that the dept. once had.  Please let me know if you have any resources to figure this out.

The apparatus on the right is an American LaFrance:

 

Registration Number - L-237

MOUNT HOLLY, NC 

Model - 91 PWT - 500 GPM Rotary Gear pump, "PWT" = Pump with Water Tank

79 Horsepower BUDA 6-Cylinder engine

Ship Date - 7/7/1928

Thats great infomations.  Is the one on the right a Lafrance as well?

Here is a picture that was taken with a truck in 1927, when the department started.  Any info would be great!

The second picture looks like an early Brockway Torpedo but I'm not 100% sure on that.
