2 Houses, 2nd Alarm, Portland 3-14-15
#1
At 03:35 a box was transmitted for a house fire at 16 Tillamook St. Response was E13, 1, 24, 3, T13, T1, C4 & C2. Before E13 arrived there was a report of someone hearing shots before the fire and the car in front of the house was thought to be stolen, thus this fire was treated as a crime scene.

When E13 arrived, they reported a house fully involved. When they reported it had extended into the attic next door, the Battalion Chief, Sarah Boone, ordered a 2nd alarm at 03:42.

Responding on the 2nd was E14, 21, 6, 4, T3, C1 and C405, Safety Chief Bancroft.

Nothing more, but several hours later they called for a TIPS volunteer. TIPS is a Trauma Intervention volunteer who consoles and assists people.
