Second alarm upon arrival of first due Engine 6 (West Berkeley flatlands company). Fire self-vented thru roof fairly quickly with multiple alarms struck in quick succession. Many ALCO (Alameda County) companies called in on mutual aid assignments...sorry for poor quality, I only had my phone with me!

Building was one-story warehouse-industrial type occupancy Quote: The rear of the fire bldg was adjacent to the I-80 Eastbound freeway...did not help traffic... BFD and mutual aid companies did a great job keeping the fire out of the "C" side exposure...the Wooden Duck furniture factory/warehouse... |
