The last is also the US Fish & Wildlife Service, not sure why but they use yellow like the Bureau of Land Management and white / red engines like the National Park Service (both Department of Interior agencies like the USFWS).
They use an interesting mix of BLM, NPS, USFS and off the shelf apparatus designs. The first posted is the BLM Great Basin Spec, the next two appear to be modified Pierce Hawks (which were largely based on the BLM Model 14/15), they appear to have aux pumps in addition to pto pumps (the ventilated box behind the cab) which was also used on some BLM engines. The last is a common BLM type 6 engine design.
I've got a handful of fish & wildlife engines in my collection, I'll track them down and post them.

I was at Patuxent Wildlife Refuge yesterday and saw this neat piece sitting on the side of the road. I am not sure if it is stationed there or just passing through?
