I just found on our old webpage (New Creek VFD - WV) where someone from Port Orchard, WA left a comment stating one of our old apparatus is in use in their area. It'a 1990 Ford Econoline van that once served as an air cascade for us, but is now used for a diving unit. It was said to be used with Kitsap County Underwater Search and Rescue Volunteers. Does anyone have any other info or pics on this unit? Thanks in advance!

Can't recall the name, but there is a FD near Seattle I think that has a fleet of ex-F.D.N.Y. engines. Was on other side of sound, IIRC.

Any pics of them? Thanks in advance.

My dad was a consultant for local 911 centers for awhile. His job took him to Kitsap County fairly often. I think at least some of the former FDNY rigs belonged to South Kitsap Fire and Rescue. I don't think they're still in service. He took these pics back in 2005.

There's also Jefferson County Fire District 4. They have a fleet of ex-FDNY Macks that appear to still be in service.

Thank you, Brothers. Always curious to see where they send the old Macks besides Pennsylvania... <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' />

See, Ed? THIS is worth the money I spend.. <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' /> (just breaking balls)

Any idea where the old Kitsap County CF's ended up?

Thanks again.

This is Ladder 11 from Snohomish County Fire District 1. They have had the ladder for about a year and just recently put it in service.

There wasn't much room to get decent shots all around. I did get a few though. Here is the rear end.
