That is a BUSY photo... alot going on there! A WLF midmount tower ladder! Is this an original or a remount/refurb?

Although it has been refurbed somewhat, the basic configuration is original. A photo of it as it appeared in Brookfield, OH is posted earlier in this thread.

Great, "Punkin"! Looking forward to whatever info/pics you can get. There were a handful in the Metro Atlanta area, including four 1969's that were with the AFD (Engines 16, 32, 36 & 37) when they covered much of Fulton County. Three of them went to the new Fulton County FD when it formed in the 70's. Riverdale also had one and there was one in Jersey (Walton Co.), but it wasn't originally theirs. Rome also had four pumpers, some of which were sold to Polk County FD's.

BTW, no, I'm not Dave W. although I've known him for years. If you have an MFA Calendar, my name is in it 12 times.

This rig originally was delivered to East Hampton, NY. Not sure which Waterloo it served with. The Spec Number, 80-248, was the most-needed piece of information I needed. Thanks! <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/hail.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Hail' />

I shot this one on the way home from Nashville a couple weeks ago. It's sitting in an auction lot near Toney, AL and was originally delivered to the McDonnel-Douglas Aircraft Corporation, but I'm not sure which facility it was assigned to. It later served the Fire Department in Keel Mountain, AL.

Found my own request...

Lambertville Company 4 - COLUMBIA

Unit ID - 17-64

I think is between 1966 to 1968. (Anyone have info?) Was retired in 1988 by a Pemfab/Ranger.

The "ball" behind the doghouse looks like like a Helicopter Fire Surpression Ball that the HH-43 carried. The helicopter would carry the "ball" and land near a downed aircraft. then lower a 2 or 3 man Firefighting team. These members later became part of the Para-Rescue members or PJ's - The US Air Force's Special Forces...

This engine was donated by the Little Ferry, NJ FD. The unit ran as Engine 309. It is a 1976 Ward LaFrance with a 1500 gpm pump and originally painted white over lime. It was donated in 1995 when they purchased a new Seagrave pumper.
