Cornbelt FPD Rescue 51. Heavy Rescue/ALS unit. This rig is a monster and I can say that Ive had the pleasure to ride in it. It has everything imaginable on it, and can be heard from miles away. This rig was built by Alexis Fire on a Mountain Star 4X4 chassis.

This bell is truely a work of art! That is a great picture, but this bell is worth seeing upclose for yourself!
