Milton, I shot one of these rigs down in PA at the '09 state parade - go to my website (www.unyquefiretrucks.com) & you will see it in the collage on the homepage. Click the pic & it will link you to the unit's page where I have some more detailed specs on this rig. Hope this helps. <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/fireman.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Fireman' />

Montowese Company 2 in North Haven owns this former New Haven 1963 Seagrave 70th anniversary rig. Most, if not all the equipment carried on this truck is typical of the technology of the day when this truck was delivered. Following World War 2, North Haven began purchasing white apparatus, switching over to lime-yellow/white combination in the mid 1980's, and is the only department in the Greater New Haven area to run this color-scheme.

Ansonia's newest rig is this 2009 Pierce 1250/500/30 foam of the Webster Hose, H&L Company 3. Like most towns in the Naugatuck River Valley, Ansonia is an all-volunteer department running out of 5 Fire and 1 Rescue station proudly protecting 18,500 residents in a 6 square mile area. There is talk about combining the Rescue service into the fire department.

Charter Hose Co. 4 in Ansonia runs this 2006 Spartan/Smeal 1500/500/20A/40B foam pumper. The lightbar is actually lower than the raised roof portion so it can fit into their firehouse. Hopefully Izzy can provide more details about this. <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/fireman.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Fireman' />
